Question Partially blue texture on a person skin

I downloaded a scene from the hub and this happens not sure how to fix it or why it is happening

Check the "Skin Textures" tab. The blue might be a skin texture or decal.
It also might be some sort of geoshell clothing item.

If this is a bug, it's not one I've seen before, but restarting would be the first fix to try.
