This scene features a new system I devised that allows moving back and forth seamlessly through complex animation sequences.

Big thank you to everyone whose work was part of this but especially Hazmhox as usual for all his help, plugins and sound effects for this scene, and of course for making the trailer...

In VR it is very jittery, unplayable. In desktop it is completely black. Am I doing something wrong?

First thing to check is if you are on the latest VAM version, it should say 1.22.0.3 when you bring up the menu otherwise it won't work. Also check you have all the dependencies and their latest versions.

I'm having the same problem.
I got frustrated because I see how much you worked on this and it looks amazing.
So I took an empty drive and installed VAM 1.22.0.3.
Then from the VAM browser I downloaded One Stormy Night and all the dependencies.
Same thing happened.
The viewing area was bouncing all around like a plugin was having conflicts.
The next thing I will try is a fresh install of my nVidia drivers.
I also tried Quest 2 and Quest 3 with no luck.

I'm at a bit of a loss what to suggest here.

Can you try starting the scene and disabling AssetTorch and see if it improves things?

Yes, I will try.
What might help is as the other member said, it only does it in VR.
In Desktop it's fine.

Yep, I have the latest VaM and vamx 1.4. Downloaded in the program and have all dependencies.

I don't have vamx so I can't test it, maybe you could try without? As far as I'm aware you'd just need to remove it from default plugins, hard reset and try again?

I was told to disable Spawnpoint. It's trying to move you and something is fighting it.

To be clear though SpawnPoint is an instantaneous thing, it triggers for a frame and that's it. It wouldn't be fighting anything for any period of time.
Then I'm stumped. If it were just me I'd say I'm doing something wrong. But I'm not the only one with this problem.

Yeah it's very weird, lacking any more info I don't know what to suggest. Maybe take a video of what you're seeing and it might give a clue? Other than that try disabling atoms in the scene and if the problem stops we'll know what caused it.

I started removing things one by one.
The plugin Moyashi plugin seems to be the one causing the shaking.
For @CoolyCafe it's in the Atom list / None / None / Moyashi
IDK If the scene needs it or it can be replaced with something else.

I had a problem with this scene in VR where it started okay, but right after she lies on the floor to read the book, it goes black and freezes.

Oh now that's interesting! There is no such file in this scene. Moyashi's plugin is in Scene Plugins and not the atom list, so somehow you have got 2 copies of the plugin running. I have no idea how that could happen, maybe you have a session plugin that is loading it?

How does that explain the complete fresh install of Vam on a clean drive and only loaded your scene?

Yes indeed, I have no idea. If you aren't the only one then hopefully more clues will turn up to find the root cause of it.

Thanks, I will try that.
