Old version of plugin in dependencies

in certain scenes I have dependencies which contain old versions of a plugin, so I have dependencies which are highlighted in yellow, is it necessary to download this specific version or the more recent version will work?

For plugins you should always use the specific version or your scene might break.
However, plugins are usally tiny, so it's not a problem to keep multiple versions of a plugin.
