Moved VAM to new drive and now index controllers have disappeared (fixed)

Just what the title says. I copied my VAM folder to a new drive and everything works but the index controllers. I have tried rebooting, updating VAM, resetting settings to default and no dice. The Index headset works fine, and desktop mode works fine, the controllers work fine in Steam just not VAM. In VAM the controllers are non-existent. The controllers work fine in VAM when launched from the old drive just not the new one. Any ideas?

Found the problem. Vam has to be in a folder and not the root of the drive. Going to leave this thread up in case anyone runs into the same problem.
