Forgive me if this is a super dumb question but is it possible to use a YouTube video (or any video) as the basis for creating a motion capture scene with a VaM person/atom? And if so, how?

The below video is an example. I'd love to make a motion capture with some of my VaM looks with the specific dance moves from this guy and others like him:

never tried it or seen it done, but a quick search for motioncapture and daz turned up a youtube video titled "DeepMotion: Daz 3D AI Motion Capture | Tutorial" If you can get something into Daz, there's hope. I know there's a way to import BVH motion animations from there to VAM...that's a lot of unknowns, however.
