These are @mopedlampe 's Morwyn tattoo decals combined with @RenVR 's Samantha freckles with matching makeup options as well as a white version of the tattoo decals for use with darker skin tones.

The var contains skin overwrite presets for the various face makeup option as well as the white tattoos...

I believe it is the bun version that comes with this with the color changed to white.
