the "How to avoid it in the first place and make clean VARs easily" section will help you build clean vars. the first section will show you how to get your hands dirty and fix the raw code. but you can generally fix a lot of stuff with the clean install trick, so don't worry if you don't feel happy diving into code

Half of those dependencies can be removed easily, simply by removing text inside preset name field (pose, skin, etc).
for example:
all Sapuzex.ScenesCollection dependencies, if you empty pose presetName field ("presetName" : "Sapuzex.ScenesCollection.4:dance chair 1")

another example:
all Ark1F1.Hannah_+_Futa_Final dependencies if you use/repack original hair inside your package,
originally it is female hairstyle, just create copy inside male counterpart for futa (Custom/Hair/Male/VamTimbo/Arianna Hair)
or get it from Ark1F1.Hannah_+_Futa_Final package (CC BY license allows repacking in both cases).
Even better solution, try contacting VamTimbo to consider adding futa version (win-win).


...also there is no transparency or decals inside textures...png format is 'kinda' waste of space.
