License labels on resources display wrong license

As @VaMRainey was pointing attention to license labels...

That plugin's current version is under CC-BY-SA....only some older versions were PC EA, with the secondary license being CC-BY-SA as well.

Thx! what's the algorithm now? It displays the license of the newest version of the resource?

Checks DB for current version (aka most recent version) and pulls license info from that.
