i Have Leap Motion v2 and this are my experience:

Dimensions: 84 mm x 20 mm x 12 mm Weight: 29 g
The tracking range is very poor, I have tried everything, recalibration and updating my system
This indicate 160x160° but I think it's more like 40x40°
i set up Head Mounted XR Setting ON, Device Orientation Normal, mount with my headset and here the issue
- I can't put my hands on my waist
- If I start to move my hands from side to side it disappears almost at 40x40 range that's what I can say once again
- lying down I can almost reach private parts lost the motion and it is very annoying
- When I clap my left hand stops working for a couple of seconds
- If i aim point my open hand towards it disappears so i have to move my hands for it to reappear.
They say I can place more Leap Motion v2, but I prefer to invest in a VR glove
The Leap Motion Controller 2 offers a substantial tracking range, detecting hand movements at depths ranging from 10 cm to 110 cm. These devices provide a wide 160° x 160° field of view, allowing a comprehensive tracking coverage within this range.
