Question Is there any way to prevent camera shift when hiding UI?

It’s really bothering me. It makes it very hard to make sure the user will see things centered as you intend. It makes positioning cameras a huge pain.

Not sure if this is what you are talking about, but there is a setting called "Use Monitor View and Focus Offset When UI is Open" that is turned on by default:


Turn it off and that kind of offset is gone. :)
Nope sadly. You're talking about the motion that happens to keep the "original" point of view right? It is very annoying indeed : )

Nice so which perspective does this leave you in? The one where UI is visible or the one where it’s not?

That's a silly question lol

The one you were in :p
Prior to the option being active, the shift happens on UI opening. If it's disabled, the UI doesn't shift at all, that's all ^^
