As the title says, I am looking for some good voice modulation preferably something I can upload audio clips to edit rather then do live.
So far I have tried Okada (Wokada?) but my computer couldn't handle it mostly from I am assuming by doing it live with the program seems mostly geared towards Nvidia cards (I have an Radeon GPU).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I would even be happy with suggestions on good text to speech websites.
