Question Is there a way to rotate the pitch/horizon in VR?

I have a very limited play space and most of the time my headset is only detected when I'm sitting with my head up. Due to this I'm limited to the amount of scenes I can view. Is there a way to rotate the VR camera so I can look down in game without moving my head? Is there a 3rd party app that can do something like this?

It's not really meant for that, but you could try https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/passenger.103/

You'd create an empty and orient it the way you'd like, add Passenger, untick the position checkbox, activate it and it'll tilt the camera. I think it'll do what you ask for!

Thanks for this! It took me a little while to figure everything out but this is just what I needed!
