Question Is there a way to rip/break pants crotch area in clothing?

Many clothing apparels can only be undressed to reveal the crotch.
I saw some clothes like this: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/ripped-leggins.2522/
Where it has clothing presets where you can select to expose and rip the crotch area.
is there a way to do that with like any other pants?

To make something that looks ripped, essently adding transparency, you just need to create a alpha texture image and add it to the clothing alpha texture in the options.
Perhaps get one that is ripped, check the clothing options for the file set as the alpha texture, and then open the file in the VAR to see how it's like.

This is not the easiest thing to do, creating and adding alpha textures, saving with presets to keep the settings, etc, will require some practice and effort.
