Question Is it possible to switch between IK and FK in VAM?

As the title suggests, I'm hopping to get a conversion between IK and FK, if possible. Or at the very least a definitive answer

My personal experience with modeling (if you could even call that.......) leans heavily on FK, which I find more consistent and easier, but it seems VAM had built in IK system and IK only, which is a lil bit discourging

also I found the Controlnode_FK by Zoidberg but it's rather rudimentary and if i accidently load it on a slightly streched pose/ move the node for a bit/ mess up the config in other part its practically back to the drawing board.

If you play with the Physics Controls you can setup the rotation of every joint (and much more). Thake a look at the link.
