Question Is it possible to have an In-Game Command Line Interface ?

Anyone who loves Linux and utilizes the terminal knows what I'm talking about—the ability to effect changes within the desktop environment using a console or terminal to input commands. Perhaps I'm unaware of another existing feature, but I believe it would be easier to make adjustments to a scene in desktop mode using a command line. For anyone who doesn't like this, it should just be a feature in the options menu to disable, so it's out of the way.

Syntax would be LoadScene r'Sexyscene1', or if possible, Move(Person #1) TranslateObject(-1, 5, 0)

Like that terminal command in the picture that I don't remember now the key but you can change it anyway with Keybindings?
