Interactive Hand toy or asset (For Desktop Users)

Is there any type of hand toy or asset which can interect with the person? for Desktop users of course cuz VR obviously is the main attraction, Even 3d sex villa (Now tk17VX) have a toy of hand that can interect with the atoms or person and that game is an ancient game with no phsyics ability like vam have but still managed to made a hand toy. Just wondering if any one has stumbled upon this type of asset in VAM and if yes then plz do tell me thank you.
