idea for plugin - "squeeze stuff"

I'd like a plugin that would allow you to 'grab' or 'pinch' a female atom's breasts or buttocks and 'squeeze' it with your hands. then the area that is affected will be squeezed. realistically manipulated, like the glute fat will move with the fingers of the hand, kind of like silly putty (booty putty?) and also you can pinch the nipples and move them around, and the breasts will follow them naturally. So far I've seen stuff like cloth-skin and vibrations that can sort of do these things but I haven't been able to get it super exact like the way described above.
