I tried to refer to the alpha map of other open pantyhose,but the location of the holes were completely different.Is that why the coordinate origin of each piece of clothing is different?See:

So, how can I get the uv map of my pantyhose?If you use the texture of another clothing piece, the uv map (telling the 3d engine where/how the 2d texture is put on the 3d model) will be different. So use the textures of the clothing you want to make holes in as a base.
