VaM 1.x I save a scene with the Chroma Keyifier plugin the way I want it but it never saves when I load the scene

I use the Chroma Keyifier plugin alot for passthrough and every time I add it to an object and get its transparency working when I load the scene later I have to go in and enable and disable the plugin and set the transparency. How come it never saves how I put the plugin?
