Someone tried to upload an improved asset, but it seems like the hub side considered it a duplicate and didn't allow it.

I gave him permission to use it as he wanted.

I deleted the asset I previously uploaded. Now that the issue is resolved, is it okay for me to upload the version of the asset he created?

Solution
Could the person who created the plugin please give me permission to upload it?

This is between you and them.

I'd recommend either you to repack it / make your own var, to not create weird questions ( resource upload by bqbq but with the name of another creator, people are gonna be like ??? 🤔 ??? ) or suggest them to upload it themselves.
1 - You should never delete an asset that has been potentially downloaded by users. This will create missing dependencies for users, this is a wrong move.
2 - How could someone else upload a .var and get the duplicate error? Did he try to upload it with the exact same name and YOUR creator name? This is also not very recommended.
3 - I would restore or reupload the original one. Make an update with a new version with your "improved" asset to solve all this.

Oh... I already deleted it.
Because I thought it was right for someone else to upload it.
Because that person inserted a plugin that he coded into the asset.
I didn't invest much time or effort, but he did.

It was my mistake that I didn't think about that caused the dependency error.
The comforting thing is that it hasn't been that long since I uploaded it.
And another version that someone else made is that you can replace the photos in your assets with a plugin.
Very easily.

I think users will probably delete what I uploaded and use the assets with the plugin inserted.
I'll be careful next time.

There was a misunderstanding. I thought that the hub did not allow other creators to upload the same asset.
This was an incident that occurred due to lack of communication. I apologize for the inconvenience.
