Won't fix Hub: deleted resource message is misleading

When you click on a link to a resource that has been deleted, the information message is misleading.

Suggested Correction:
Change the information message to "This resource has been deleted and is no longer available."

This is because when a standard user deletes something it is not permanently deleted. Only mods can permanently delete. So it is just hidden.
