Question Hub browser not loading pages

Not sure why but lately I cant get browser pages to load from in game browser. Only shows 'Browser is not yet ready.' v. 1.20.77.9

I have downloaded and installed the
Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013
from the link in the browser message but that didnt solve the problem.

Same here. It just stopped working one day. Reinstalling both the x86 and x64 for VS2013 didn't help...
