When using the timeline, I want to change a value from 0 to 1, and for that I set up a transition animation. However, I have tried for a long time but I can't find a way to set the speed of the transition animation. The speed of the value changing from 0 to 1 is very slow. But I want to speed up the process, how can I set it.

I'm not sure of what you're calling a "transition animation".
For what you're describing, it's a regular animation that you use to change a value. We're not talking about transitioning from one animation to another, right?

I'll assume you have a simple animation with 1 target having 2 values: "0" at the start (first keyframe) and "1" at the end (last keyframe).

There are several ways to change the speed of an animation (and thus the speed of your value change).
Select your animation and go to the "Edit" tab. Then you can either:
  • Change the length of your animation: use the "Stretch" option and set the duration to 0.2 for instance

  • Or change the speed of the animation, to 5 for instance:

Done, the change will now be pretty fast!
