How to extract all clothes files from AddonPackages?

Hi!
My AddonPackages folder is too big and causes my VAM to load for a very long time. I would like to extract some specific files from my old VAM such as all clothes files, looks and a few scenes, then remove all the rest. I read there are some VAM managers.

Not really an answer to your question:

If you haven't done this already. You can get some space back by clearing the cache in the perfomance tab.

And this helped me a lot for performance but you need to replace some original dll files.
