Hello, I believe this topic has already been discussed here, but I couldn’t find a clear answer.
I have a Timeline setup where several Atoms change position when certain UI buttons are pressed. The issue is that, during the transition from one animation to another, the Atoms collide with each other while moving to their new positions. This causes them to deform or get pushed out of alignment, and the animation doesn’t start correctly. Is there a way to temporarily disable collisions between Atoms during these Timeline transitions, and then re‑enable collisions once they reach their final positions? Thanks!

It's because you're not using poses. If you can transition to a completely different animation than the current one (so no proper blending or transition animation), the target animation should have a pose setup with "apply pose on transition".
