Question How to change finger position and expressions?

I was trying to find some plugins to change expressions and fingers position. But nothing works. Maybe someone knows the right way to do it.

You need to look into pose and expression morphs. These are just normal morphs, but marked as "Pose", so they are NOT stored together with Appearance. There are morphs for each individual finger, plenty for the thumbs....and various facial expressions (e.g. smiling). Morphs can be animated as well using the usual plugins, e.g. Timeline or IdlePoser. For facial expression there are also some specialized plugins, I think.

If the standard morphs are not enough, there are also various morph packs available here on the Hub. Note that having too many morphs installed has severe performance impact on VaM, no matter whether you use them or not, just having them installed is enough.
