Question how to change a clothing item position?

hi, i got a clothing item like bracelet for example but i don't like it's position.

will it be possible to edit the position of the clothing, even if i got the item from here since i don't have the original daz product?
maybe a plugin that can edit clothing?

With a plugin: no idea, you'll have to search what plugins exist that could potentially do that.

Not for existing clothes, that would need to be done using the creators original model in somthing like blender.
