How to avoid mouth open when loading mmd file

I remember there is a preset in hub that can fix this issue, but I forgot where to find this plugin resource. Is there anyone remember where to find this plugin preset?

Often this isn't the result of morphs, but happens when the tongue collider gets stuck on the wrong side of the jaw collider. In this case, turning off tongue collision (from the person control's "jaw physics" tab) instantly fixes it.
