Question How to adjust clothes' positioning

Hello.
I'm completely new to VaM. I have absolutely zero knowledge about any of its systems, denominations or file types. I'm slowly learning everything from scratch.

I am currently trying to figure out how to adjust / move a specific part of a cloth item.
Let's say I want 1 sock in a pair to be lower than the other and keep it in that position during animations, I don't know how to do it.
Or even if I want to make a cameltoe or even pussy floss, I couldn't find any tool to move the cloth before locking it in position on the character model it is attributed to.

I'm not sure if I made my point clear but is there a way to do this?
