Question How does the license type is determined? when I upload my resource VAR to hub?

I set the license to CC BY-NC when I package the VAR file, but after uploading it to the hub, the hub page shows it differently : CC BY.
I checked the meta.json file included in the VAR file, in the first line : "licenseType" : "CC BY-NC"
Anyone has hints? or Ways to change CC BY to CC BY-NC explicitly?

License labels on resources display wrong license

As @VaMRainey was pointing attention to license labels... That plugin's current version is under CC-BY-SA....only some older versions were PC EA, with the secondary license being CC-BY-SA as well. Just saying ;)

Oh I didn't aware of that issue. I checked now and it's back to correct type. Perhaps the above issue could be the cause. Thanks~
