VaM 1.x How can I replace a female model with a male one without having it turn into a girl?

So i have this Ralsei model that i wanna use in one of CuddleMocap's scenes, but his dick turns to a vagina. Any ideas?

Not possible.
If you're loading an appearance preset, it will swap the gender of the character. You might want to be clearer about your process if you want help : )
