Help entering new key

I just purchased a creator tier and tried to enter the key in VAM. When entered, I get the message "Exception while storing key access...".

What to do? I am currently at entertainer lvl.

You might have installed VaM somewhere it can't write on disk because the folder is admin protected. That would be the case for example when installing in C:\Program Files

=> Just install it in a normal folder.

Hi MacGruber, a belated thank you. The folder was set to "Read Only". Silly me. Thanks for the quick fix!
