Just to confirm, did you follow the instructions on the Hub page? It doesn't work out of the box, you need to go through the precise steps of loading in the Emissive Clothing with the plugin and then bringing in the texture.

That said, there's a new version of the plugin that doesnt' require Force Reload, so you m ight want to try that and see if it makes the clothing load easier: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/emissiveclothingplus.31436/
