Question Gagged / Mouth covered SFX

Hi! I have another question to everyone who wants to read it or is interested in the topic. Is there or is any creator planning to add sounds of people being gagged? Not in a deep throat way, but as if they had a gag or a hand covering their mouth and prevented them from screaming or alerting.
Obviously it's to add realism in some scenes like dominant BDSM.
