Is it possible to easily transform a look from futa to female?

Is it possible to remove the male genitals and put in female ones, but at the same time keep the appearance the same?

... that's what my post does...

Edit:
I forgot in the latest versions I added morphing between different genitals... set the "override progress" on the genitals, and set that to 100%. Keep all the others at 0%.
