New user need help with Looks (male/female)

Hi friends, i wanna ask how i can create model when it comes to meshes/morphs.
Because i've already learned how to load other Looks but i find it really hard to change body measurments.

Another question on the same topic, i see that there is Male Looks with different cock sizes and shapes, can we change that?
I'm guessing that those models comes with the whole pqckage, like someone did them in Blender or something and post them on the site.

The male penis can be easily changed by trying out different morphs, just like you'll be doing to change the looks.
