VaM 1.x Free music, TOS, licenses and whatnot

I've found some free background music to use in some scenes. Problem is that most sites / platforms don't allow use for adult content in their licenses / TOSs. Is there anything out there that does? Pretty sure there isn't, but I'm giving it the benefit of doubt. Small note: there might be some music that is already used in other adult media, but for inovation's sake, I'd like to avoid that.

Also, if I have a non-sex scene, do the adult content clauses still apply? The scene is not adult content, Vam is? Not necessarily I guess, but probably counts as. And in the case of Vam always counting as adult content, what takes precedence / priority? Vam or the non-sex scene?

You can use Incompetech music for both sfw and nsfw content.

For non sex scenes I don't think the same restrictions apply as long as it's sfw content.
