feet not touching floor

Hi
Some of my models I like making a little smaller as they are larger than some male models especially with the kissing scene they look taller and bigger, however when I resize the female models their feet do not touch the floor, can someone help me how to move the models so their feet touch the floor?

Also their legs are always bent when standing straight.
