Failed to Fetch Hub info

Cant seem to connect to the hub in app

I've been having that trouble too on and off.
I think the server is overloaded at times.
 
how do you solve this problem? i've have that trouble too, and idk how do solve that, but sometimes it's normal even for a while
 
FYI: Just found out today that if you have Kaspersky AV the "Banking protection" module causes this error too. Turn it off (while you need to use VAM) and all is well. Actually... Im not sure which Kaspersky Module does this. I turned a bunch back on and now its broken again. Will need to try them one at a time (and wait between each change) because there seems to be a delay between when you turn them on/off and they actually change. Sigh.

I have the same problem, VAM HUB failed to fetch hub info , i don't have antivirus, so i can't turn off any antiviruses
 
i still have the same problem, so
i put Vam.exe, and https://hub.virtamate.com/ = in antivirus and firewall exceptions,

i though it would be work

but it still have the same problem, ??

do i need to completely turn off the antivirus and firewall?

any help would be highly appreciated.

anyone ??
