no, its the first time i've tried VaM.

• Check the network authorizations for VAM
• Check the install path (be sure to have it install somewhere proper, not the desktop or some weird area where you have admin rights issues)
• Test again in a couple of hours

Beyond that, if you can access the hub, you should be able to access it through the game
