This is a very critical subject for many good creators, who have allready tried to do private look-alikes.
Not for the morality aspect or so, but because the "customer" will never be perfectly satisfied with your work.
The human brain is trained to recognize faces, more than anything else. If there is only a very small detail wrong, the whole thing looks wrong.
Because you know the girl in person, but the creator doesn't, he will never reach the last "10%" to make it look "real".
Though, this also depends on your expectations.
It may sounds lame, but IMHO best thing will be to learn how to do it yourself. You are welcome to ask questions.
