Changing the "Change resource type" menu label

I though this would allow me to move something from "Plugins" to "Other" for example, but it only allows me to change the file or the version. That's weird but I understand that's because "external" and "upload" are the actual resource type. This could be solved easily by changing the menu label to something like "Change file" or something like that?

Move resource is option that is coming soon so just having that there should clear up some confusion.
