If you check this item and press the "VR camera on" or "Desktop camera on" button, the auto camera will be at the perfect angle for viewing while lying down.
The only things that change are the two buttons mentioned above.

I thought she would lie down and become available to "play" which would also be nice.

BANANANA updated Captured Chun-Li with a new update entry:

Specification changes and addition of poses and face patterns

Changed how to use Psycho Power and added facial expressions and poses.
In VR, you couldn't play unless you picked up Psycho Power, but we changed it so that if you touch her with your VR hand, an action will occur.
