cannot launch VAM application (first time)

I downloaded latest VAM installed 2 days ago and installed the application on my pc (version 1.20.77.13). When i tried to launch VAM, a new window pops up for a split second and then disappears. Nothing happens after that. It exits immediately

I have windows 10 with 3.8 ghx intel i7 processor
32 GB RAM
NVidia Geforce RTX 3080 graphics card

1. Where did you install VAM 2. Are you trying to run VAM.exe from the build folder

1. installed it on separate drive partition D:\personal\VAM (D: is 700 GB free and almost empty)
2. I was following up on installation tutorial on this website which suggested that I first launch VAM (Config).bat file. I launched this file but it didnt work. After this i tried to launch Vam.exe and even then it didn't work.

What was the install size, should be 17 gb

Try run the updater exe and see what happens afterwards.

This is a Citrix issue, not a Vam one. Citrix blocks older Unity games from running.
