No shortcut for rotate. But you can probably use one of the plugins to do it.
Read the instructions, they show how to hide the UI.

Does anyone have the problem of the camera flickering between two points? when I don't toggle the Hold Node Alignment, the camera moves way too much with the neck moving when dancing MMD motion, so I toggled the option and that fixed it. However, the camera then begin to flicker between the two points, one is when I toggle the option and one is I don't.
