Cache keeps deleting on it's own

My cache size keeps going back to zero. That's not supposed to happen by itself is it?

I noticed that too, after moving the entire VaM folder to SSD - cache files delete themselves next time VAM is run, and PackageJSON cache files are also being recreated, despite AddonPackages folder not being changed.
