Is it possible to copy \clone just the breast morphs from one person to another?

You can either save a morph preset that has only that morph active, or by using the morph merge and split plugin, you can clone a morph or a collection of them.

using morph merge/split, uncheck all the morphs you do not want to include and separate the body morphs, then save it.
