Question between the 5070 and the 9070 XT

hi.

I have one question.

How big is the performance difference between the 5070 and the 9070 XT in VAM?
I currently have a 5070 — should I upgrade?
Can someone tell me roughly how much of a performance gap there is?

I’ve been looking for the answer for days, but I just can’t find it. Please help

This is a complex question, mate. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone has the magic answer for you.

I would advise you continue to do your research, compare them in heavy-load games. Consider your CPU and other hardware. Then, decide if the gamble is right to make. Get a card or CPU upgrade, and hope it's close to what you want, but know that it will fall short. Why am I talking like this? Well, I was in that boat, too, mate.

I had a 2070 ti or super (can't recall which), and a solid-enough CPU... but i couldn't get the frames I wanted, or the resolution, in VaM. Did days of research, got some REALLY GREAT information along with some that was misguided. Ultimately, me upgrading to a 4070 did a lot of heavy lifting, but I also had to max my CPU as well. There's no one clean solution, and you don't know until you know.
