Quick question, my error log says BetterBends: Older plugin packages were found! and asks me to manually remove the older versions, but if I do that then it says some packages are missing dependencies (the older versions which are removed), so should I actually delete the older versions or leave them in?
The only reason i can come up with leaving older versions as it is if a scene is using an older version it would be kinda better to have them for those scenes so you don't run into that specific scene related issues. Other then that no you can just remove the older ones and just download new ones with dependencies. Maybe also check if the dependency morphs are checked for pre load morphs.

This is what it says about the morph cleanup in discription: Morph Clean-Up Mode toggle: continuously sets all driven morphs to 0, helpful if you want to clean up timeline poses from plugin's morphs. From this i would say no its not for disabling.
you can use that toggle essentially to disable the plugin, what it does differently than toggling off the plugin is that is zeros out all the plugin morphs including all previous & future morph versions found.

that message was from older versions that havent had the morph versioning system implemented yet, the best thing to do is to delete the older versions and only use the latest one. Scenes that relied on older versions will still work just fine

scenes can use the latest version while the exact reference isn't available, without any issues.
