Hi, what is the best way today to place a dick onto a female character?
Alternative futa plugin isn't working to me anymore, do you know how to fix that?
Or there is a better way?

Of course, without changing the looks/build of other regions of the character.

You can try my plugin, it offers one click alt futa conversion: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/realistic-foreskin-erection-simulation.44337/
It does what you describe, for any female appearance. There are however only a certain number of alt futa compatible skins available. These are included in the dependencies.
